Main bedroom (set up as a twin)
The main bedroom of the cottage is a good size and can be set up in two ways. For a romantic break for two or for parents, there is a Super King size bed for you to enjoy the luxury of space and the bedroom has views over the fields opposite the house. Alternatively, the bedroom can be set up as a twin room (two single beds) for friends or family.
The second bedroom would be ideal for a child or for the third person in a group of friends as it contains a single bed and has views down the Conwy Valley.
The bathroom is a modern classic design with clean lines and contains a good sized shower suite, WC and basin.
On the ground floor, the lounge has a random stone fireplace with a slate lintel and hearth and has a wooden floor. There is a colour TV and DVD player (so remember to bring your favourite films with you) and a radio/CD player for quiet evenings together.
The kitchen is well equipped and you should find everything you may need to produce home-cooked food. There is an electric cooker with oven and 4 ring gas hob with canopy extractor hood above, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a dining table and chairs for three people. The village shops in Trefriw provide good quality local ingredients.
However, you are on holiday! There are a number of pubs/restaurants in Trefriw within walking distance of the holiday cottage and sample menus are in the welcome folder for you to choose your destination in the evening.
In the garden, there is a raised patio with table and chairs to either dine outdoors or just relax with a glass of wine whilst watching the sheep graze in the fields opposite. The garden is terraced and the terraces are unfenced so children should be supervised at all times; the village has a playing field. The garden shed is available for storage of bicycles etc.
